    BenQ PD2700Q reviews

    PD2700Q 27" 16:9 IPS Monitor is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Worth The Money I have had a succession of business user screens over the past years and they all have been quite adequate for the purpose. I did not realize the potential Improvement to the image quality available by going up a grade in my purchase. I'm not gaming or doing complex graphics on this monitor, nevertheless the overall use is so much more pleasurable than the cheaper monitors provide. Text quality is a full order of magnitude better. Color rendering on photography and web pages is well-balanced and very realistic. It is a pleasure to look at this Monitor and the level of eye strain I experience from a day at work is clearly reduced from this quality product. , the hundred dollar price premium that you pay for this product over standard business level monitors his well worth the money. Remember that you spend hours every day looking at your screen and a significant quality increase is an increase in the quality of your life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome monitor I just bought this about 2 weeks ago now, and it came extremely quick with 0 problems. I use this monitor to design (Photoshop, After Effects, ZBrush) and I absolutely love it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a work space monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Very nice quality monitor, end to end. For the size, it is one of the better visuals I have experienced. Even brightness across the entire width of screen and colors were spot on from factory. The border is pretty large for a 2016 monitor but that's no detractor. My gripes are the USB ports (good its got 'em) could have been USB3.0 and a little more easily accessible and 4x. The other thing is it doesn't have a DVI port which is a bummer but I suppose the HDMI is good enough. My recent monitors have been ASUS pro series which are nice but expensive and a recent one I got was sub par so I'm done with them for some years and have been eyeing BenQ for quite some time. Best bang for the buck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Monitor for the amateur photographer. I upgraded from a Viewsonic 24" 1080 monitor. I immediately noticed the shift in color, clarity, and brightness. I like to work in dark environments at night, and the predefined setting fro ECO, Blue light filter, and darkroom are pretty awesome....particularly the darkroom setting when just working on productivity type activities. I purchased this monitor for two main reasons: (1) Wanted/needed additional real state (Size and DPI) to work in Lr. (2) image quality overall. This monitor delivers on both very well. It's super sharp, allowing me to see more detail in my photos. This size configuration is perfect. I also purchased an HP 32Q @ 1440p and while it was very nice, the screen was just too big for desk use, not to mention that the Benq is much sharper and had much richer colors too. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. I received no dead pixels, back lighting is pretty even, and there is light spill, but all IPS monitors have this. I would certainly recommend this monitor, and if I upgrade my computer soon, I would buy a second for a two monitor setup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good Once I got it working...I am happy...too early to say much more on that..but so far so good. I did had some difficulty getting it up and running. It was not an intuitive start and there was no how-to paper in the box (plus the CD and slipped between two cardboard shipping box flaps.. Once found, to get it going on a laptop (no CD reader) I had to copy the CD (with the manual and drivers) to and from a jump drive. Once I opened the manual pdf, it only took a few minutes to get it going...basically find and press the menu button and choose which of the 3 cable options you are using...thereafter everything it hooks up without worrying about the driver. A simple B&H instruction paper in the shipping box would have saved a bunch of time---just a photo/diagram showing where the menu button is and text describing how to use the menu to cycle to the proper cable setting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A truly 100% RGB monitor I run a small business where I manufacture outdoor gear and apparel. Some orders require custom sublimation in which most of my customers' artworks need some work prior to printing, and this is where BenQ makes it a lot easier. It works on my old Lenovo V570 and Huawei Matebook X with the HDMI provided cable. The control panel is on the right side in the back of the monitor, which is easy to navigate, even for an ESL guy and yes I'm a night owl, so the dark room feature is great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding mid-price range monitor The PD2700Q 27" is all I could ask for in my Photoshop and video editing needs. It exceeded the consumer level products that I have used in the past in brightness, contrast, and true color rendition... no exaggerations. The build quality is exceptional as well in terms of monitor viewing height from the desk (meets the eye), and the mechanical precision of the stand and angle adjustments are confidently solid. The on-board speakers are irrelevant. It is a value product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2k succeeded my expections for editing suite I was going to go with a 4K monitor for my 4K editing built pc. But I also game, so to get decent FPS with my select graphics card (gtx 1060) I went down to 1440p -2K monitor instead.. Blown away by the resolution of 2k, and 27" is just enough room. I love the ability to switch from rec709 to sRGB and animation modes.. WORTH EVERY penny.
