The Ikan EV3 Quick Release Baseplate and Follow Focus Kit includes the EV3 Quick Release DSLR Baseplate, the FG Follow Focus Cine-Kit, and two 12" 15mm aluminum rods.
The Ikan FG Follow Focus Cine-Kit is driven by a 2" diameter control wheel and features a 2.3" diameter focus gear. Featuring low backlash, horizontal adjustment, and compatibility with standard 0.8 film pitch gearing, the follow focus system can be used with a number of lenses with varied diameters.
The pair of 12" 15mm black anodized aluminum rods can be combined with an optional baseplate for use with any standard 15mm rod/rail support system. This allows for attachment of on-camera accessories, such as a matte box or follow focus system.

The EV3 baseplate features a quick release plate with a 1/4"-20 camera mounting screw, and the plate has soft padding on top to protect your camera. The bottom of the baseplate features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting on a wide variety of rigs and tripods. It also features 15mm rod ports and two 15mm rods that measure 12" in length for adding additional accessories such as a matte box or follow focus to your rig. The baseplate is also height-adjustable, allowing you to adjust your camera height to line up with accessories such as a lens adapter.
The Ikan ELE-FGK Follow Focus Cine-Kit is driven by a 2" diameter control wheel and features a 2.3" diameter focus gear. Featuring low backlash, horizontal adjustment and compatibility with standard film pitch gearing of 0.8, the follow focus system can be used with a number of lenses with varied diameters.
A beveled dry erase marking disk around the 2" focus driving knob allows you to temporarily create focus marks. The 17" FG Follow Focus Whip with vinyl covering and a crank stability grip offers smooth control over focusing. Using the 2.3" FG Follow Focus Crank Knob, you can activate rapid focusing between 2 focus marks. The ELE-FGK system offers lockable focus control as well. For compatibility with small to big lenses, 2 adjustable non-scuffing zip lens gears with 2.5" and 4.25" diameter are included in the kit.
Made of aluminum, the Follow Focus Cine-Kit is sturdy and lightweight 1 lb (453 gram). The follow focus system is compatible with all industry-standard 15mm rod-based camera support systems.
