The Arrowx 3 Fluid Head from Miller offers a 2.2 to 41.8 lb payload range and five selectable pan-tilt fluid drag positions, making it suitable for news gathering and documentaries. It features precision fluid drag with a 16-position CB Plus counterbalance system. CB Plus is a sequential counterbalance design, featuring eight larger counterbalance steps that allow you to quickly and efficiently achieve the required counterbalance position. The system's one flick switch located at the front of the head adds a half step between each of the eight larger steps enabling counterbalance fine-tuning when required.

Miller Arrowx Series Video Head Reviews
Great Fluid Head
This fluid head is well designed, built strong, and is smooth as can be. The counter balance works really well and will hold most rigs out their with ease. My only gripes are that I wish the tilt and drag release paddles were a bit bigger. The support bolt/stem on the bottom that you use for balancing could also be a bit longer. It wont fit on my Dana Dolly without using a larger 150mm bowl adapter so the bolt drops down farther. However, this can be a positive if youre shooting a very low shot. Overall though, I love it.
This is an excellent head, highly recommended.
Ive been using this head for two months and dont have any complaints. This is a great head that has all I need for medium heavy weight cameras like Sony FS7. And Ive been using it with Arri Amira comfortably as well.
