The fire red Primacy LCD Duplex Printer from Evolis will satisfy the requirements of many demanding institutions or businesses looking to create a secure, personalized ID system. Using a direct-to-card dye sublimation or resin thermal transfer process, the Primacy can create vivid, detailed cards at resolutions starting at 300 x 300 dpi and going up to 300 x 1200 dpi. It is capable of dual-sided printing as well with a speed of 140 cards per hour with a YMCKO-K ribbon. Along with this, the printer boasts edge-to-edge printing for card designs without limitations.
For operation, the Primacy can handle batch jobs with ease thanks to a 100-card input hopper and a 100-card output hopper. Along with this there is a 50-card reject box available to quickly and easily separate mistakes from an otherwise good batch. The printer is also simplified with notification and status LEDs on the front to serve as alerts for the user.
