It's a foam windscreen. It works fine. But it shouldn't cost $29 for a tiny piece of foam.

A little pricey, but a good quality windscreen for the mic

This is a quality foam windscreen that fits the microphone nicely, but since the FlexMic microphones are on the expensive side, it would be a nice touch if this windscreen was included with the microphone and not an additional $30 purchase.
