Glasses are very solid + a couple of paper glasses to share. The cell phone filter also worked well.

I bought four pairs for the whole family, thinking they'd be better than the cardboard ones. Normally, I trust Celestron for quality. However, the four pairs arrived with defects (see photos). I don't think they're still up to iso. I won't take any chances and I'll have no choice but to use the cardboard glasses after all. A waste of $100.

Will the glasses fit over prescription eyeglasses?
I tried them on my reading glasses and they fit, but that is not for me a good solution, as the increase in distance allows a lot of light surrounding the filters.

Will the filter fit Tamaron 150-600mm lens?
I have the 200-500 with 86mm size filter threads. The size of the solar filter is almost 64mm ( the mylar filter itself ) in diameter in its cardstock mount. It wont fully cover the lens no matter how you position it. You would have to get creative with some black tape to fit it to the lens...

What size is the filter?
The filter area is approximately 64mm. Just to be clear, it is just a filter mounted in heavy card stock designed to hold in front of a lens.
