Enjoy easy connectivity with the white MartinLogan Motion 4 2-Way Bookshelf Speaker. This speaker features push-style speaker terminals with banana plug inserts to facilitate a near-effortless connection. It handles 20 to 150W of power and is equipped with a 1 x 1.4" Folded Motion transducer for highs and a 4" paper cone woofer for low audio effects. It features a 70 Hz to 25 kHz frequency response. Mounting can be facilitated through the 1/4"-20 mounting hole or the proprietary wall mount.
Curved Design
The curved design of the Motion 4 permits it to mount at two different angles with the included wall mount (or with a third party mount using the 1/4"-20 threaded insert), allowing you to point the sound directly toward the desired listening area for high or low wall-mounting applications. The Motion 4 can also be placed on a bookshelf.
Fashioned for Simple Hook-Up
The Motion 4 features push-style speaker terminals and curved inserts to help guide the speaker wire into place. The rubber end caps on the terminal are also removable for the use of banana plugs instead of bare wire.
Folded Motion Cascading Bass Port
The Folded Motion Cascading Bass Port is a long tuned port, which is folded over itself for enhanced bass that can play at high volumes with minimum distortion thanks to the control it has over the air motion of the bass waves.
Speaker Design
The Motion 4 is designed with a Vojtko crossover with an air-core coil, low-DCR steel laminate inductors, polyester film, and low-DF electrolytic capacitors.
