This B&H Custom Workstation combines the HP Z240 Series Small Form Factor Workstation with a 24GB (3 x 8GB) memory module kit and B&H installation services. This HP Z240 workstation is powered by a 3.5 GHz Intel Xeon E3-1240 v5 Quad-Core processor and utilizes a 1TB 7200 rpm SATA hard drive for storage. A SuperMulti DVD-RW Drive is also built into this system for reading and writing data stored on optical media. While the installed operating system is Windows 7 Pro (64-bit), a Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) license is also included and is available at no additional cost.
For delivering sharp, clear graphics, this workstation uses a dedicated NVIDIA Quadro K1200 graphics card with 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM. Video may be output using four Mini DisplayPort outputs, and other external peripherals may be connected to this system using the eight USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports. Network connectivity may be achieved using the Gigabit Ethernet port and a USB keyboard and mouse is also included.
