The Canon Cine Plate from ARRI is specifically designed to work with C300 Mk II, C300, and C500 cameras. This plate is directly compatible with ARRI studio bridge plates like the BP-8 and BP-9. The Canon Cine Plate has front and rear holders for lightweight 15mm rods (not included), enabling you to flesh out your camera rig with rod-mounted accessories. Both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws are provided for mounting the plate to the camera.

ARRI K2.0006864 Overview

The Canon Cine Plate from ARRI is specifically designed to work with C300 Mk II, C300, and C500 cameras. This plate is directly compatible with ARRI studio bridge plates like the BP-8 and BP-9. The Canon Cine Plate has front and rear holders for lightweight 15mm rods (not included), enabling you to flesh out your camera rig with rod-mounted accessories. Both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws are provided for mounting the plate to the camera.

Rosettes on both the right and left sides of the Canon Cine Plate offer points for attaching handgrips. Anti-twist pins prevent the plate from slipping askew when attached to the bottom of your camera.

It works fine with the base of the c300mk2, however beware, it is incompatible with the c500mk2, and at the moment I can find no good way to adapt it without just spending thousands more.

This is a nicely made base plate, which also fits the C100 MK II.� After looking through the options, this base plate was simultaneously the most complete and simply designed for the 15mm LWS.� It also is tapped on the underside for use with the two studio rod patterns.

Will this work with a C100 MKII, i.e., are the mounts on a C100 MKII the same as on a C300 MKII?

This base is specifically designed to work with C300 Mk II, C300, and C500 cameras. However we believe it should work with the C100 Mark II as well.
