This black A634 Reporter's Waist Pack from Kinesis is a waistbelt pouch with a padded bottom and sides, several zippered pockets, and interior slots for your iPad, smartphone, sunglasses, ID, and more. Originally designed for journalists, the pack became popular with photographers, prompting Kinesis to offer a 2-divider kit with a padded bottom. The pack includes a waist belt for people with waists measuring 29 to 44". An optional shoulder strap and touch-fastener straps to hold a monopod are available separately.

Amazing bag, no padding except bottom

Love this bag. Plenty of pockets. No padding except for bottom and halfway up the sides. I used to use a Mountainsmith Tour Pack years ago that I had modified with velcro loops inside and had very thin flexible custom made dividers. The guy behind this company really is on point (for the real photographer) in a sea of overly padded bags.

Yes, the Kinesis A634 Reporter's Waist Pack will fit the A7IV with the 24-105mm f/4 G OSS, but it will be snug and take up most of the pack's room.

It may be a tight fit, and while the camera would work best when disassembled, yes, you should be able to fit the Nikon D780 DSLR Camera Body and the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 24-120mm f/4G ED VR Lens inside the Kinesis A634 Reporter's Waist Pack.
