Is this monopod can use with big lens as 400mm or 600mm Canon lens?
Asked by: Rungroj
I use it with a Nikon 200-500mm lens and this monopod (or any monopod for that matter) makes all the difference between sharp shots vs. shaky shots.

Can this be used with a gimbal to get overhead video?
Asked by: Alan
I don't know of any gimbal attachment but I do use it for overhead shots and it works great. Gimbals are way over rated and besides if you have the monopod in the air you need the camera angled at what you are shooting which is usually downward so you wouldn't want to use a gimbal. It has a good extension, you need to triple check that your camera is tightened down really well so it doesn't fall.

What is the counter weight for this head? I have a DSLR that weighs about 4.5 pounds and this head flips forward with the plate pulled all the way back.
Asked by: William
Unfortunately there's no tilt lock on the head, so I designed a "tilt blocker" that can be 3D printed - it's just a big hunk of plastic that slides under the bridge area of the head. It's called Monopod Tilt Blocker (Thing 3300384) on Thingiverse.
