Formatted size is actually 114GB. I know this is how storage has always worked, but this is getting old. That's 14GB I paid for that is inaccessible. I mindlessly ordered this with a few keychain usb drives to try out, thinking it was USB A and C. It is clearly marked on the BH site as micro, not C. My mistake aside, the actual packaging that arrived says USB C and shows the correct image of C, not micro...

No, this SanDisk 256GB Ultra Dual m3.0 USB 3.0 / micro-USB Flash Drive does not work on the Samsung Galaxy S10+. You need one that has USB-C.

It works on my Moto 5G Plus (with Android 8.1.0). The micro connector plugs directly into the phone, the larger connector into my computer (not at the same time of course). It did not need an adapter. On the phone it shows up as "SanDisk USB drive" in Files or in the "File Manager +" app. I've never had a Samsung, so I can't say whether that is different.

Older phones might not be able to read it. That has been my experience. Might want to try a 32G. The 32G worked on my LG but anything bigger would not work.
