Obihai Technology OBi504 VoIP Gateway

The OBi504 Phone and Device Gateway from Obihai is designed for use with a variety of VoIP applications including open-standard platforms such as Asterisk, FreePBX, PBX in a Flash or other SIP-based systems. This gateway comes equipped with 4 RJ-11 ports and 4 RJ-45 ports and can be placed in a variety of locations from a desktop to a rack mount or mount it directly to the wall.
