Great Charger, but had an issue.

I bought this charger, and on delivery one side didn't work. I opened the unit and noticed one wire wasn't seated in the connector that connects the circuit board to the charging mount. I was able to get the pin back in, and it works perfectly. Just a quality control issue at the factory, glad it didn't end up going back around the world for one wire.

2 questions: 1) is the 3A charge current for each channel? 2) does this prioritize charge or 3A per channel constant?

The Core SWX Fleet D Gold Mount 2-Bay Charger (B&H# COFLEETD2A) supplies each battery a regulated 3A of charge current regardless of the number of batteries present. If two 98Wh batteries are installed, for example, then you can therefore expect a charge time of approximately 2.5 hours, although that does vary according to temperature and variances in battery chemistry.

Can the Fleet-D2A charge all of Anton Bauer batteries or is limited t only lithium-ion Core SWX brands?

This should be able to charge any Gold Mount Battery by any brand.
