Compared to the Base Resolve Workstation, the Power Resolve Workstation from Silverdraft still excels at multi-camera editing, color correction, and finishing, but is equipped with more processors, cores, storage, memory and graphics controllers. The system is powered by dual 3.0 GHz Intel Xeon E5-2687W v4 processors armed with twelve cores on each CPU, for a total of 24 cores. There is also 30MB of Smart Cache per processor, for a total of 60MB. These processors, cores, and cache will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously and provide significant performance gains when running multi-threaded tasks. If you need more power, the CPUs can deliver extra performance by increasing the clock speed up to 3.5 GHz utilizing Intel's Turbo Boost 2.0 technology.
The 64GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM allows the computer to run multiple applications simultaneously and also to quickly access frequently-used files and programs. For long-term storage of your files, this system is equipped with vast amounts of storage. For running your system files, there is a 1TB SSD, made up to two 512GB drives.
