With an LTE connection, this phone should have no problem streaming HD video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high-speed data connection. The phone is also backwards compatible with 3G and 2G data for instances when you can't get LTE. In addition to cellular wireless, this phone also features Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Note: Not compatible with all cellular networks. Please make sure your provider uses a frequency or band that this phone supports. You can check which bands this phone works with in the Specifications.
North American Variant / US Compatible LTE
The Phab 2's LTE radio is tuned to frequencies that are most often used in the United States and North America. It can also be used in other parts of the world; however, LTE access may be limited or unsupported, depending on the network. To ensure this phone will work with your carrier please check to make sure the frequencies your carrier uses are supported by this phone. The full list of compatible carrier frequencies can be found hereysuqquffdffsrbvzc, the frequencies this phone supports can be found in the product specs.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow
The Android operating system integrates heavily with Google's services. Using the card-based Google Now, Android quickly surfaces information for you whenever you need it, powered by the same Knowledge Engine that runs Google's web search. It's a personalized and customizable OS, allowing you to add your favorite apps or widgets to your homescreen. You can even download new themes using the Google Play Store, which offers access to more than one million apps, games, books, music, movies, and more. Android 6.0 Marshmallow overhauls permissions, allowing you to have finer control over what your applications have access to. It also marks the debut of Now on Tap, a context-sensitive update to Google Now that checks your current screen for keywords and then searches for them automatically. Other performance and security enhancements are included as well.
Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS)
Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) allows you to lower your mobile costs when traveling while staying connected. Once your SIM cards are installed, you will be able to receive phone calls and text messages from either without needing to manually choose which one is active. When you want to make a call or send an SMS message, you can select the correct SIM card. When one SIM card is being used for a phone call, the other will not be active until you hang up. Operator charges may apply.

Lenovo ZA1B0012US reviews

Phab 2 32GB Smartphone (Unlocked, Champagne Gold) is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 76.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from It so great after all I purchased two of these. One for myself and one for my adult daughter. We're both very disappointed. The speaker cuts in and out, hers works only when on speakerphone, mine freezes multiple times per day. People continually say " I can't hear you". We've had them just under a month and I've already had to hard restart. The auto rotate freezes up also. The touch screen allows me to answer 1 of 10 phone calls. The others I have to call back because I've either rejected their call or the swipes don't work at all to answer. There are many other issues and no customer service. I've been referred to a number that is only answered during business hours. Sorry, I'm working at that time. Lenovo needs to stand behind their prodicts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this Phablet I received my P h a b 2 yesterday and absolutely love everything about it. When it arrived, I updated EVERYTHING. Transferred contacts and pics from a i p h o n e Worked perfectly. I am done with ANY fruit product. This inexpensive phone kicks the snot out of everything i p h o n e offers. Takes amazing video and pictures. Easy to use. I wish there were more cases to chose from. I ordered one from an online retailer the same day I ordered the phone. Works very good with A T T 4 G L T E. Works well on W I F I too. It's big and I like it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need to get basics working first While looking at the product page, I couldn't believe how much phone you got for the price. Bought one for my wife for Christmas to replace her aging Xperia Z Ultra. Since activating it, the sound quality of the phone is barely fair. It doesn't work well with bluetooth devices and I've test other phones and they work fine. Then while switching between speaker and headset, it just goes silent and phone has to be restarted. Check out the lenovo community, this happens on Phab 2 & Pro. What's the point of a phone if you can't communicate well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 4 Core processor good but not great The size is nice but it only has 720 aspect ratio and I have a few apps that don't fit on the screen . When a call comes in from one of my contacts it only shows the number and not the name . The contact name is applied about 3 minutes later in the phone history . I can barely hit one button on a app I use daily . There is no setting to change this in the app or the phone . The processor does lag somewhat if you put a big video load on it . The good things are the size and good battery life . All in all a decent value but with some annoying compromises . I am within the 30 day return period and am on the fence about returning it .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Business I bought this to replace a device with a much smaller screen. This is much better for opening business documents...Word, Excel etc... The only drawback is cases and accessories are almost non existent. That is not a problem in a business setting. This product is what one would expect from Lenovo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This device is lovely I have search the internet for a few weeks trying to find a phone/tablet I could use my data only sim in. I decided to get this instead of the iPad mini 4. I love everything about the phablet. I do not use this as phone...so I can't comment on the call quality. The device allows me to multitask between apps and internet tabs with ease. The battery life is excellent. The display is great but I have seen better. For the price you have to try it. I have ordered two and thinking about ordering a third. I am fan of Lenovo products now. Keep the good products coming!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT recommended It is outdated phone, apps installed from play store will not work in 97% of the time, the price is exaggerated giving that it has non functioning store. Oh also don't expect any update beyond android 6 (basically it is stillbirth phone, NO update in the future, you will be stuck with marshmallow update, as of now there is android oreo update in the market, and this phone did not even make it to android nougat), don't invest in a phone that is has no future. Have I mentioned the micro usb charging cable fails every few weeks! In addition you might enjoy calls drop suddenly in the middle of the talk on different carriers. The photos and videos' resolution are way inferior to advertised megapixels on this phone. I hope this review helped to avoid this phone.
