DJI's Counterweight Set for Ronin-M/Ronin-MX Gimbals includes two 0.4 lb and two 0.6 lb counterweights plus the mounting plates required for attaching the weights to the gimbal. In a typical setup, you secure one mounting plate above your camera and one below, and then the counterweights can be attached and removed as needed. To remove them, you would just need to loosen them a bit and then simply slide them off. The counterweights distribute the overall camera weight for better balance and allow the use of longer lenses. Mounting screws for attaching the different plates are also included.
