Is this ok to use on A) Scanner glass (Epson FastFoto and a Kyocera Copier? How about / as of this fall use on the newest 2021 M1 MacBookPros (not sure if they have the nano texture screens or not - but they definitely show *every* tiny smudge. Thanks and sorry if this should be obvious?

It is. Pretty much good for any screens, but I suggest you spray to the cloth and then clean the display rather than spraying directly.
For hardened smudges, use circular motion instead of applying extra pressure. Point pressure on screens is not a good thing.
