An addition to its double-cutaway design and black finish, the LTD M-17 boasts a basswood body and a 25.5" scale bolt-on maple neck The neck features a rosewood fingerboard with a 13.78" radius, 24 extra-jumbo frets, and a thin U neck contour. For electronics, this guitar is outfitted with two LH-100 humbucking pickups. For added sustain, the strings attach through the back of the body and are intonated with a tune-o-matic bridge, then secured by a set of LTD tuners.
The amp provided is a Blackstar ID:Core Stereo 10, which is a 2x 5W two-channel entry-level combo guitar amplifier. Twelve stereo effects are offered, along with six voice channels, and a stereo MP3/line in for jamming along with your favorite backing tracks. This amplifier combines a proprietary Infinite Shape Filter and a six-way voice control to allow you the freedom to dial in a multitude of modeled sounds. With this amplifier, the cable, the strap, the tuner, and the picks, you'll be ready to shred on your new 7-string axe.
