In addition to its double-cutaway design, nickel hardware, and distinctive distressed 2-tone burst finish, the LTD GL-256 has an alder body and 25.5" scale bolt-on maple neck. The neck boasts a maple fingerboard with a 13.78" radius, 22 extra-jumbo frets, and an extra-thin U neck contour. For electronics, this guitar is outfitted with two ESP-designed LS-120 single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions, and an LH-150B humbucker in the bridge position. The strings are secured by a set of LTD tuners, along with a vintage tremolo bridge.
The amp provided is a Blackstar ID:Core Stereo 10, which is a 2x 5W two-channel entry-level combo guitar amplifier. Twelve stereo effects are offered, along with six voice channels, and a stereo MP3/line in for jamming along with your favorite backing tracks. This amplifier combines a proprietary Infinite Shape Filter and a six-way voice control, allowing you the freedom to dial in a multitude of modeled sounds.
