Precisely machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum, the Really Right Stuff LCF-17 Foot will replace the original foot of Nikon AF-S 400mm f/2.8E and 800mm f/5.6E FL ED VR lenses and provides an extremely durable and stable platform for your lens. The foot incorporates an Arca-type compatible dovetail that allows users to enjoy a lower profile and lighter setup. The bottom of the foot also features standard 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads for maximum compatibility and the foot comes with two safety-stop screws to prevent the foot from accidentally sliding out of some clamps. Additionally, it is made in the USA.
