We installed a pair of these at an outside arena at a camp to solve the drop of signal issues they were having. Problem solved - and they are outdoor rated, so they can take the sun and rain during camp season.

Obviously, you cant go wrong with Shure. But, this omni antenna is great. Super versatile and no assembly required. If you need an antenna cant recommend this one enough.
