Work with yongnuo 300 II?

Sorry, no. This power is 12VAC while the light is 8VAC. The manufacturer has not provided any substitute at this time. I suggest looking on line for a AC power adapter for this.

I'm not sure about the lights because I use this adapter for a 24 inch LED/LCD Apex tv. I suggest check the amps volts and output for lamps. This has a 2.1mm female connection and it's 2 amp .75a output The older ones had .5 output.
