Rock-solid QD mount that actually returns to zero

I mounted a Vortex Razor HD Gen III 1-10x24 on my Ruger Precision Rifle with this EOTech cantilever mount and put it through several range sessions before writing this. The machining quality is immediately apparent - no slop, clean threads, and the QD lever locks up tight with zero play. The real test for any QD mount is zero retention. I've removed and reinstalled this mount four times now, and POI shift has been negligible - we're talking sub-MOA consistency. That's the whole point of paying for quality here. The 34mm rings fit the Razor perfectly with even contact all around. Torqued to spec with a Wheeler FAT wrench and haven't had to touch it since. Minor note: It's hefty. If you're building an ultralight rig, factor in the weight. For a precision or duty setup, it's a non-issue. Bottom line: If you need a 34mm QD mount that you can actually trust to hold zero, this delivers. EOTech's reputation isn't just for their holographic sights.
