The ZP-1 Blimp-Style Microphone Windscreen from Marantz Professional is a lightweight and durable windscreen designed for film and television production, and any sound-gathering situation that requires protection from wind noise. The synthetic fur cover increases wind noise attenuation by up to 50 dB. Equipped with an internal shockmount suspension system, this windscreen can accommodate mics up to 14.5" long, and can be used handheld or attached to a boompole.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficulty attaching rear cap without the XLR cable getting in the way Anyone else having trouble attaching the rear cap on this blimp without the XLR cable getting in the way? The instructions and the Marantz video on their website is of no help. Everything else appears to work fine.
