We have only used it a little bit yet, but I'm very happy so far. Works really well, and the setup is simple.

We benefited from a great location, a second-story balcony over a large parking lot. Signal carried 300 feet across wide open space. Easy to set up/operate. Has a helpful direct monitor output, which you should definitely use, in addition to monitoring the FM output.
