Mount your camcorder or small/midsize ENG-style camera onto your shoulder for handheld shots with this Shoulder Rig Bundle from SHAPE. The rig features an ENG-style baseplate with a 15mm rod clamp, the Paparazzi top handle, a multipurpose cheese plate, a composite mini shoulder pad, a back pad, and two 15mm rods that measure 10" in length.
The aluminum baseplate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws to mount your camera, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting threads for a variety of accessories, and 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 bottom threads for mounting onto a tripod or rig. The two included 10" 15mm rods mount onto the LWS rod block on the baseplate for additional accessories.
The Paparazzi top handle allows you to carry the rig and perform low-angle shots. It features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting threads and mounts onto the 15mm rods using an integrated rod block. The multipurpose cheese plate also mounts onto the 15mm rods and provides multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory mounting threads to mount a battery plate, video transmitter, or other accessories.
The shoulder pad also mounts onto the 15mm rods using its 15mm LWS rod block, and it provides a comfortable fit on your shoulder. The back pad mounts onto the shoulder pad and provides a secure fit on your shoulder, and it can also mount separately available counterweights.
The SHAPE Paparazzi with Bloc is an ergonomic-designed Paparazzi Handle screwed tight to a Rod Bloc by two 1/4" screws.
The Handle features a total of 20 screw-holes for attaching accessories, and the Bloc mounts 15mm rods and keeps the Handle parallel with a camera. You can slide the Bloc up and down the rods and tighten it into position by a red lever on the side. Both the Handle and Bloc are totally solid -- not at all hollow -- and are both water cut / laser cut, as opposed to being molded.
The 20 screw-holes are a mix of 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" sizes and all run completely through from end to end. They are positioned vertically or horizontally along the Handle. The 1/4" and 3/8" holes can take on most any 1/4" and 3/8" accessories like lights, monitors, mics, grips, remote controls, recorders, articulating arms, wireless audio receivers, camera plates, and more. And into the 1/2" holes you can screw in male-threaded SHAPE rods.
The diverse set of screw-holes lets you get very creative in dressing up your rig. And the ability to screw in rods lets you just as creatively extend your rig.

SHAPE's CP33 Multi-Purpose Mounting Cheese Plate will let you add various accessories and devices to your camera rig. Just attach it to any two 15mm rods on your rig, and you'll have a total of thirty-three 1/4-"20, 3/8"-16, and 10/32" threaded holes to work with.
You can attach accessories to both the front, back and sides, and in some applications at the same time -- for example, you can have a battery plate on the front side and an AJA Ki Pro recorder on the back. The holes on the side are the 10/32" holes. Four are available on each side for audio receiver brackets. Another great accessory you can attach is an articulating arm. You can actually attach a bunch of articulating arms, each pointing in a different direction.
The plate is 1/4"-thick and is precision-machined into one whole, aluminum piece. It comes with sets of screws for attaching the Ki Pro, IDX battery plates and Anton Bauer battery plates.
