Lineco 709 Overview

This 25-pack of cream 16 x 20" Conservation Mat Boards from Lineco is used to mount and window mat photographs, posters, or flat art for display. Doing this also protects the paper materials from handling and gives longevity to the pieces.

The boards have a high alpha-cellulose conservation core and have been buffered with 3% calcium carbonate, which will protect against acid migration. The pigmented boards are also bleed and fade resistant. In addition, these boards can be cut down to smaller sizes.

I have bought other brands of conservation Matboard before but this brand is really good quality. I will definitely buy this brand again.

unfortunately the package weighs 11+pounds and B&H haphazard packing means it arrives damaged. The 2nd batch i received in exchanges still had one slightly damaged corners which means 25 sheets of mat board that need to be trimmed and can't be used at 16x20....too bad really.

The Lineco Conservation Mat Board (White, 16 x 20", 25-Pack) has a 4-ply thickness, and it will likely not stand on its own. It's a board and should not bend.

It does not have a window at all. You can cut a window yourself. Or you can buy a pre-cut 16x20 mat with an 11x14 window such as this: https://bhpho.to/2LRGQfY

Is this mat board full sheet? In other words, it does not have a pre=cut window. The reason I am asking is that I produce a lot of custom sizes, so I cut my own windows. Thanks.
