Try a different grip or stay with what's comfortable for you with the Wide Body Pen Grip for the Intuos 4 & 5 Grip Pen from Wacom. This grip comes in a pack of two and is slightly wider than the standard one, but doesn't have a hole for the side switch.

This is a great grip if you're looking for a way to reduce hand strain. Just be aware it blocks access to the buttons on the side of the pen, but if you don't use them it's fine. Fits all cintiq pens, minus the art pen, it's really close though, just a little gap. Otherwise, love it.
