question
I see the screen tilts up, can it rotate while it's titled up to face the person behind the camera or is it locked? When not in use will the screen be exposed at all times or can it be rotated to face the back.
The screen cannot rotate in the way you describe. It's orientation also changes to allow for people in front of the camera to control it (otherwise all the text would be upside down). The screen is exposed at all times (no rotation or cover). For what it's worth, I think it's a great little camera.

question
Description says UHD video in 5 minute clips. Will it continue to record multiple 5 minute clips or does it stop recording after 5 minutes?
When recording in UHD after 5 minutes it will stop and you will need to press record again. It will not make multiple clips by itself, you will need to hit record again.
