No, the Epson Poster Paper Production (210) (17" x 175' Roll) BH #EPPP21017175 supports only one sided printing.

What type of ink does it go with? Aqueous pigment? Can it take solvent?

The Epson Poster Paper Production (210) is for aqueous ink printers only, both dye and pigment. It is not for solvent ink.
