Installing this shelf is a nightmare. You have to put the ears in the rack first and then attempt to slide the shelf in because attaching the ears first make the shelf just that much too wide to put in a standard rack. Very poor design
The rack is sturdy enough and large enough to hold what I need. As other reviews have pointed out, it's easier to install the mounting tabs in the rack and then slide the shelf into the tabs. This is particularly true for the front tabs where the mounting screws stick out and hit the sides while trying to insert the shelf.
