The military gray SRT3 Defender Multi-Color LED Flashlight from Nitecore is a powerful and ultra-compact pocket-sized light that is built with military and law-enforcement use in mind. Its primary output comes from a white CREE XM-L2 U2 LED that is infinitely-variable from 0.1 to 550 lumens. A Red/Blue (RB) LED set on the edge of the reflector provides two colored output options for a reduced light signature that preserves night-adjusted vision. Press the 2-stage pushbutton tailcap switch for momentary activation, press and click for constant-on. The output intensity, color outputs, strobe, location beacon, SOS signal, and red/blue strobe, are managed using a magnetically-controlled rotating Smart Selector Ring located at the base of the head.
Built for durability, the light features an aluminum housing with a Type III hard-anodized black finish that resists scratching and corrosion. It is O-ring sealed to be IPX8-rated and submersible to 6.6', and impact-resistant to 5 feet. Its crenellated stainless steel bezel is designed to be used for self-defense, or as a window-breaker. A diamond-textured pattern is machined into the handle to provide a sure grip, especially in cold and wet weather.
