The PowerLite 1785W features HDMI, VGA, and RCA video inputs to support various source devices. Its HDMI input is MHL-compatible, allowing you to connect your compatible smart device directly to the projector to mirror its screen. The projector also accepts video signals via USB from Windows and Mac computers. A carrying case and an IR remote control are included for added convenience.

Finally replaced a much older projector I had used for my courses. This one is compact and portable, very easy to set up with auto keystoning and easy focus. It will fill a big screen even in a small room, and is bright enough to use even in rooms with daylight. HDMI has proven the best connection, giving bright light, crisp images, and brilliant color. Wireless is convenient, but image clarity is poor and video jumpy when using it. The internal speaker is handy too, but tinny and not very loud. External speakers work better.

I wanted a light, bright projector I could carry in a briefcase for doing software demonstrations. The long, flat shape allows me to drop it right in the next section alongside my laptop. The 3200 lumens is more than enough for images to be seen in rooms with fluorescent lights. My only wish is that the focus could be adjusted by turning a physical ring near the lens rather than by a toggle button. I find the button a little hard to use to get the focus "exactly" right. That's not a deal breaker though. Not sure how Epson avoided the mandatory "cool down" period but when you turn it off - it's off and I like that too for times when you need to pack up in a hurry. I recommend this projector
