The strong, chrome-plated steel Baby Triple Header from Impact is an ideal way to mount multiple light fixtures and/or accessories on a single light stand. The header's 5/8" pins are double-sided with the exception of the one above the receiver, so it can support five fixtures without cluttering the set. The Baby Triple Header has an industry-standard 5/8" receiver that is compatible with the wide range of stands with 5/8" studs. Removing the receiver's tightening knob allows it to be used as a 1-1/8" pin in a Junior stand.

Impact Baby Triple Header Reviews
A great, way to securely mount multiple lights/items from one stand.
The Baby Triple Header is one of those grip accessories that becomes more useful the more I use it. Being able to mount multiple lights or accessories on a single stand helps keep my setup cleaner and can save valuable floor space, especially when I'm working in smaller studios or crowded locations. What immediately stands out is how well built it is. The chrome plated steel construction feels incredibly solid, and the welded baby pins inspire confidence when mounting heavier fixtures. Nothing about it feels flimsy. It has the kind of professional build quality that makes me feel comfortable using it on demanding shoots. I also like the flexibility. The five mounting points make it easy to position different lights, flags/bounce cards, or other grip accessories without having to add more stands. Another thoughtful feature is that the baby receiver converts into a junior pin, making it just as useful on heavier duty combo stands. Even the built-in storage location for the locking knob is a smart detail that helps prevent it from getting lost in the middle of a production. This is a simple piece of grip equipment that solves a lot of problems. It helps reduce clutter, speeds up setup, and gives me more mounting options without taking up additional space. It's a well-designed and well-made tool that earns a permanent spot in my grip kit. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review.]
Does what it's designed to do.
Great triple offset for a good price.
