Sirui BCT Series 2-Stage 75mm Tripod Legs Overview

The BCT-2203 Professional 3-Section Carbon Fiber Video Tripod from Sirui features a 75mm bowl for compatible fluid heads and supports up to 22 lb loads. It offers a 17 to 63" height range and comes with ground and mid-level spreaders, both of which are removable. The ground spreader has a rubber underside for safer and more secure placement on flat surfaces. When the ground spreader is removed, dual-spiked feet are revealed for use on soft ground.

The 10-layer carbon fiber tripod is designed with multi-tube legs for enhanced stability and reduced vibration. Each leg is adjustable individually and secured with oversized twist leg locks that are easy to handle.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this tripod for money. I had saved another brand on my wishlist that is around the $800 mark and then this popped up on the daily deal sale and I was able to get this for $300 and couldn’t be happier! As soon as I took it out of the box, I could tell it was a solid piece. You can’t beat it for the price.

I bought this tripod along with the Sirui BCH-20 video head. I have several excellent tripods, but this one was half price and a perfect fit for the BCH-20. While this tripod is a little heavier than some of my other tripods, it works fantastically well with the BCH-20, and is just rock solid on the ground when shooting. If you're going to get a video head, you may as well get this tripod to go with it, I doubt you will regret it.
