Will this attach to RED Expander Module for the Red Komodo?
The Axler 15mm Rod Bridge Adapter will not attach to the RED Expander Module for the RED Komodo because the 1/4"-20 threads are not flat.

Can this piece be used to connect it to my steadicam? If not, what piece do I need?
Not familiar with Steadicam. I used this piece to find a simple, low-cost way to get rods beneath a DSLR on a tripod, so I could attach accessories. It worked perfectly for that.
