Eschenbach Optik Glamour Overview

Eschenbach Optik's black and gold 3x25 Glamour Opera Glasses combine elegant styling and simple functionality to improve your experience at the opera, the theater, or the ballet.

A relatively low 3x magnification provides a wide field of view for an immersive theater experience that brings the players closer while still allowing you to see the entire production. The center focus wheel is easy to reach for a tack-sharp image. A handy gold cord-style chain is provided. The compact design and light 5.4-ounce weight means they won't add much bulk or weight to your bag or pocket.

Eschenbach Optik Glamour Reviews

Tiny but solid

Although I haven't had opportunity to use these in a theater yet, these opera glasses feel solid. There is one focus knob, so if you wear glasses, you must keep them on, in order to see clearly. I will be adding a small piece of felt, or silicon, cut to shape on the eyepieces, so that I don't accidentally scratch the lenses of my glasses. This will also silence the potential clicking of metal on my glasses. They come with a nice little carry bag, and will fit in a fairly small purse, or if used by my husband, will likely fit in his shirt pocket. They have a cord which allows them to dangle around my neck. They are not so heavy that this will be uncomfortable. I volunteer as an usher at our symphony space, so look forward to being able to use these from my usual balcony or loge station, when live performances resume. My hope is that they will bring the stage closer, but still let me see all or most of the stage.

Just as advertised

Wanted a nice pair of opera glasses (for the opera, actually) and wanted something very traditional and stylish. These hit the mark, and the optics are very good as well. Can't wait for the shut-downs to lift so I can actually use them.
