The 13.3" XPS 13 9360 Multi-Touch Notebook is a thin, light, and durable notebook designed for users looking for a portable system that's capable of keeping up with them. Powered by a 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5-7200U Dual-Core processor with a boost speed of 3.1 GHz, 8GB of 2133 MHz LPDDR3 RAM, and integrated Intel HD Graphics 620, the XPS 13 can efficiently multitask and quickly access frequently used files and programs.

Its 13.3" InfinityEdge IGZO IPS display features a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution for crystal-clear details as well as multi-touch capabilities, allowing you to utilize touch gestures and commands within Windows 10 Home to further improve its efficiency and accessibility. For storage, this system is equipped with a 128GB M.2 solid-state drive, which can boot-up and load files and applications within seconds. Should you need more storage, connect external storage solutions using its one Thunderbolt 3 port and two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one of which doubles as a charging port with PowerShare technology.

Connect to the Internet via 802.11ac Wi-Fi and pair compatible wireless peripherals using Bluetooth 4.1 to free up its USB ports for more important devices. Other integrated features include a 720p webcam, a backlit keyboard, an SD/SDHC/SDXC card reader, dual digital microphones, 2W stereo speakers wit Waves MaxxAudio, and a headset/microphone combo jack. The operating system installed is Windows 10 Home (64-Bit).

General Features

13" InfinityEdge Display
The InfinityEdge display features 5.2mm thin bezels for virtually borderless viewing. Built with an IGZO IPS panel, it also provides you with 170 wide viewing angles and brighter brights and darker dark colors with its 72% color gamut and a static contrast ratio of 1000:1. Furthermore, its 400 nit brightness rating ensures you get a great view, even when you're outside.
Thunderbolt 3
Thunderbolt 3 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB Type-C connector. Doubling the speed of its predecessor, Thunderbolt 3 features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB 3.1 at up to 10 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort 1.2 allows you to connect two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single Thunderbolt 3 port.
Advanced Docking
The Dell XPS 13 can be used with Dell's docking solutions for a single-cable connection for power, Ethernet, audio, and video.
Killer Wireless
Killer 1535 Wireless AC provides you with strong and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity for a smooth user experience. It automatically detects, classifies, and prioritizes network traffic so that more important data and tasks have more bandwidth over less urgent applications. It also delivers critical packets immediately, eliminating unnecessary latency and lag.
With a Little Touch
The display on this notebook also features touch capabilities, allowing you to use touch gestures and functions such as pinch, zoom, and more within Windows 10 to further improve its efficiency and accessibility.
Backlit Keyboard
With a backlit keyboard, you'll be able to stay productive even in dimly-lit and dark environments.
Durable Chassis
Constructed from a single block of aluminum, the XPS 13 is sturdy, durable, and sleek. The display is also covered with Corning Gorilla Glass, which is up to ten times more scratch resistant than soda lime glass.
Cool Under Pressure
The palm rest of the XPS 13 is made from carbon fiber, making it strong, thin, light, and even cool to the touch.

Windows 10 Home

Start Menu
After its hiatus in Windows 8, the Start Menu has returned. Utilizing a combination of the traditional menu system and Windows 8's Live Tiles, the improved Start Menu gives you more information at a glance, showing notification information alongside your applications and other pinned items.
Cortana
Microsoft's digital personal assistant, Cortana, can answer your questions with information gleaned from both your device and the Internet at large. You can type or even talk with her, if your system has a microphone. Using her Notebook, Cortana keeps track of your needs and wants, and she learns over time to improve her information-gathering skills.
Microsoft Edge
After nearly 20 years, Microsoft has finally replaced its Internet Explorer web browser. With Microsoft Edge, users can write directly on web pages and share notes with friends and colleagues. It also improves the online reading experience by adding a distraction-free mode and read-it-later functionality. Edge also has built-in Cortana integration; you can have her help you find a restaurant, make a reservation, and pull up directions without leaving your browser.
Windows Store
For Windows 10, Microsoft has unified the Windows Store. Now, apps for PCs, tablets, and phones will all be accessible from one place. And with support for Universal Apps, one version of an app can work across all your compatible devices automatically.
Windows Continuum
Windows 10 was designed for a variety of screen sizes and input styles, and with its Continuum feature, it automatically adapts to fit your needs. A Windows 10 tablet on its own requires a touch-centric approach, but attaching a mouse and keyboard will shift everything to a more traditional interface. You can even attach an external monitor to your Windows 10 phone for a near-desktop experience. But it's not just the operating system; Windows Universal Apps take advantage of Continuum as well.
Xbox on Windows 10
Gaming is a big focus of Windows 10. Xbox integration allows for PC players to match up against Xbox One players on supported games, and if you have an Xbox One, you can even stream compatible titles to your PC. Native support for recording with the new Game DVR feature makes it easy to capture and share your gameplay. The new DirectX12 takes better advantage of multi-core processors, giving games a performance boost, even on older hardware. Windows 10 also features native support for virtual reality headsets, such as the Oculus Rift.

    Dell 9360 reviews

    13.3" XPS 13 9360 Multi-Touch Notebook is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great computer. But not a MacBook Pro! After reviewing some reviews about this laptop I decided to sell my MacBook Pro and go PC. I really liked this laptop. But after coming from a MacBook Pro 2016 with the touch bar. I ended up returning this XPS. And went back to my MacBook Pro 2016. If you are a PC person this is a great computer. I did not like the screen to much every time I would surf the web I would always get a white line going though the picture of the article I was reading. I never saw this on my MacBook Pro. And this is why it was so noticeable. Im typing this review on my MacBook Pro 2016 non touch bar that I purchased from BH photo used for 899.95! Gotta love the deals at BH Photo!!!!! And it looks new!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Outdated model with faulty WiFi The laptop turned out to be older than I thought, which is confirmed by the production information at the bottom: manufactured in 2016. The Windows software was seriously outdated, and needed a gigantic update. In addition, the WiFi tool did not work properly. Online research confirmed that this is a well-known issee, and many customers had similar problems. I installed Killer Network software, which solved the problem somewhat. All in all, it took many days of work and the assistance of an established computer expert to solve these issues. B&H should either have fixed these issues before selling the laptop, or have alerted me before selling it. I feel mislead.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible Screen This laptop appears to be specially made for B&H, this version isn't even sold by Dell. This is similar to the non-touch, matte version Dell sells, but with a much lower quality glossy touch screen. B&H wouldn't take the laptop back, so now I'm stuck with a laptop I can barely edit photos on. Further, the touch functionality drains the battery about twice as fast as the much better non-touch matte screen. Not many high points to this laptop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 13 inch laptop in a 12 inch case. Edge to edge screen Best laptop I have bought in a few years. Well worth the extra money from the Inspriron series. Agree with most online reviews that its pretty much the best laptop you can buy which is thin and light and not Apple. Great job by Dell in creating a powerful light machine which is beautiful to look at. Pluses Build Quality Screen - edge to edge amazing display B&H Customer service and on time delivery Minus Could be a little bit cheaper so I could afford the 256G SSD A few keyboard buttons need getting used to

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! It's everything I need: light, portable, fast, and functional. It was a seamless transfer from my Surface laptop to the Dell that I am using now. There wasn't too much bloatware and whatever was on the laptop can be easily removed. I bought this laptop with the knowledge that I'll be using it for 7+ years. Con: I make lots of typos now with the keyboard; it is pretty shallow to the touch. I would still recommend this laptop to friends and family

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MacBook Pro It was between this and a mac. The wifi is great. no drops no degrading. I run 2 tvs, 2 of these computers, 2 phones and a couple other things off a linksys 9400 bh sold for 200$. After reading mac reviews this year I decided to get the same in dell. My girlfriend and I love it as much as a mac. good keys and screen. Very happy for 869$ I put a samsung evo 500 in this and its fine. bh has a good price too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed, holds a charge through the entire day This laptop is exactly what i needed. It's small, light and holds a charge for a long time. I am using a docking station along with an external keyboard, mouse and monitor for home use, and I take the laptop to school every day. I was concerned with only having 8 Gig of RAM, but for what I am using it for it has been great, mainly office applications, browsing, and a little video and picture editing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this ultraportable One of the best laptops that I've had my hands on. The track pad and keyboard are so easy to use. Comes with 2 USB 3 type A and one USB 3 type 3 for all your connectivity needs. The screen is bright and the colors look phenomenal. It's well built yet weights less than 3 pounds! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to buy a high end ultra portable laptop
