    Acer XB1 XB271HU reviews

    Predator XB1 XB271HU abmiprz 27" 16:9 LCD Monitor is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy it again Great monitor, no dead pixels, and the colors are great even for a TN panel. Good refresh rate paired with GTX 1060. I like the color settings and after calibrating the monitor (I used i1profiler) the colors are very good. Very useful the extra usb 3.0 hub. I do recommend this product. Is a good compromise between the panel type and specs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great monitor overall with a few caveats Let's start with the cons: 1. It came with two dead pixels. It happens, and they are both in the top right corner where I almost never see them. 2. I can't find any option to auto-detect input. Odd feature to be missing on a $500+ monitor. 3. Viewing angles aren't superb, it might be worth springing for the IPS version of this display, depending on the price. Even sitting right in front you'll notice slight color distortion on a perfectly white image. 4. The stand has a fairly large footprint. If you have a small desk, make sure you check the measurements. 5. The matte finish has what some perfectionists would call a "grainy" tinge to it. Now the pros: 1. 144hz (165 or 180 with Gsync) is amazing for fast paced games like Overwatch. 2. 1440p provides a lot space for multitasking in productivity scenarios and it looks great in-game too. 3. I notice no latency. 4. There's no ghosting or pixel overshooting on the default overdrive settings. 5. You can set the LED light to automatically switch off. 6. The swivel, rotation, and height adjustment features are superb. 7. Build quality looks and feels great. 8. Small bezels are awesome. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this monitor.
