Dedicated to the Cambo ACTUS-B-series of view cameras, the ACTAR-60 is a 60mm f/4.0 lens that provides a 75mm image circle to facilitate both shift and rise/fall movements with sensor sizes up to 24 x 36mm. This wide-angle lens is permanently mounted in an ACTUS lensplate for seamless use with the view camera system and features a manual aperture ring for adjustment from f/4.0 to f/22. A 6 element in 4 groups optical design is employed to produce clean, sharp imagery with low distortion, making it well-suited to architectural and landscape applications. Each of the elements is also multi-coated to suppress surface reflections and flare for improved contrast and color fidelity when working in bright lighting conditions.
Designed specifically for the ACTUS-B view camera, this wide-angle lens is permanently mounted in an ACTUS lensplate and maintains infinity focus with mirrorless cameras. It is not compatible with the ACTUS-DB system.
Featuring an image circle of 75mm, this lens covers full-frame, 24 x 36mm sensors and allows for approximately 15mm of shift per side when working in the horizontal orientation, or 17mm of shift in vertical orientation. When working with APS-C-sized sensors, the shift possibilities grow to 20mm.
A 6 element in 4 groups optical design affords a high degree of sharpness and resolution, and each individual element is multi-coated to suppress flare and ghosting for maintained contrast when working in strong lighting conditions.
Manual aperture ring affords control from f/4.0 to f/22 in half-stop increments.
