semi-functional cover for teleconverter

While the covers do fit the teleconverter lengths and provide some measure of protection from wear, the covers make it difficult to access the lens release button on the barrels of the TC and the holes made in the material to see the index dots do not line up. The half page instructions that came with the covers do not match the actual item.

I bought this set to use on 14 and 17 TCs. I had to trim the larger one as it is intended for a 2x TC - it's easy to trim and fits the slightly smaller 17 TC perfectly. I own several other LensCoat products and have been extremely happy with them.

I would not buy this again.

I was confused as to what this was. It is not a cover for the ends, those come with the teleconverter. It is a rubber cover for the outside. I threw it in the trash.

question

Does the nikon teleconverter 2x III work with automatic focus Nikon ED AF-S nikkor 28-300 lens / Nikon D750 ?
Asked by: Lorie C.
Unfortunately not, the lens would need to be no wider than 50mm and have a non-variable aperture.
