Microtech Gefell M 930 Overview

The satin nickel M 930 Studio Condenser Microphone from Microtech Gefell is a cardioid microphone that combines a large-diaphragm capsule with semi-conductor circuit technology. It can be used to capture audio in radio and sound studios, as well as for home-recording applications for singers, speakers, keyboards, strings, wind instruments, and more.

The condenser microphone has a balanced frequency response with a slight elevation from 7 to 11 kHz, and a cardioid pick up pattern for a high cancellation of background and lateral sound. Built with an extended modulation range, the circuit design allows for detailed transmission of low sound levels, as well as distortion-free imaging of high sound pressures. The compact microphone housing is mounted with the capsule to dampen body sound and impacts.

Furthermore, the microphone is equipped with a 3-pin XLR connector and the power is supplied with standard 48V phantom power. The M 930 Studio Condenser Microphone includes an MH 93.1 microphone holder and a wooden case for storage.
