Im building a studio, is this a good lens for mid-long distance indoor use and what mount does this use
This is a 2/3" Box Style Lens with a 90x zoom range, that is one of if not the longest zoom ranges available for a lens like this. I am sure it will work well in a studio, but this is the kind of lens you would see more for an outdoor sporting event thanks to its very long telephoto range.
