It is not round so it will not fit a 35mm or 120 reel or tank. It is rectangular and made to be used with 8x10 film hangers such as this: https://bhpho.to/3NNmGzg

Does this tank include the hangers for placing the film in the tank? Or, in other words, everything I need to actually process the film? Thanks :)
