First, I have the kiwi stand xl for my C300 Mark iii and it's fantastic. I just received the kiwi stand and kwik stand mini for 1dx ii and R8. The supplied screw doesn't fit the dslr or r8 but the hex does. I used the hex and alan key and stripped my 1dx after 6 years. I'm bummed! Don't use it! Use the camera screws you have been using for years. I returned the kwik stand for another mini. fit's way better on R1 R3 and 1Dx ll. I'm into kessler for about $5k over the years so they make outstanding products just don't use that screw!
