What is the difference between this and a grid?
These barndoors are useful in preventing glare that could bounce back to the camera as well as minimizing light spill. A grid focuses the entire beam down and the size of the beam would be dependent on the size of the grid (in degrees). For example, a 40 degree grid would yield a less focused beam versus a 20 degree.

Does this product come with the stands in the picture or would I have to buy them separately? Also the light would I have to buy the light separately?
This product is only a set of barndoors for Chimera softboxes, which does not include a light nor a light stand.
