Keeley White Sands Luxe Drive Pedal

Sometimes you only need a small amount of overdrive to beef up your guitar tone, and that's why there are pedals like the Keeley White Sands Luxe Drive Pedal. Using an asymmetrical clipping circuit, the White Sands formulates a smooth low-gain sound that doesn't compromise your instrument's low-end. Compared to the Red Dirt Overdrive, the White Sands has less gain and doesn't boost the midrange frequencies. The tone control is useful to fine-tune your instrument's high-end. And since the asymmetrical clipping preserves your clean low-end, the result is an extremely transparent sound that works in the Clean boost mode or the Sandy overdrive mode. As an additional measure of transparency, Keeley included their JFET input buffer that won't load your tone down when the effect is on.
