For example, assuming I have:
3 video inputs (tv tuners)
3 video outputs (tv sets)
2 amplifiers
Could I send video from input 3 to hdmi output 3 and audio output 1?
They are not. Audio follows video with this unit.

Does it support display resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz per output port?
Yes it does. I have had this switch for about a year. It works well. Only issue is the fan is sort of noisy. Once it is out of warranty I plan to open it up and replace the fan with a quieter one.
