Unfortunately, the HPRC 2600F HPRC Hard Case with Foam does not have lugs or attachment points for attaching a shoulder strap to the case.

Small enough to be legal as an air travel carry-on bag?

updated ATA compliant dimensions are 22 x 18 x 10. This case should be fine to carry on but I have not tested this myself.

question

Would it be good case for carring my Dji Phantom 2?
Asked by: Anonymous
The HPRC 2600 case is an excellent case for carrying camera equipment. I regularly carry a large Canon camera body (5D), two full size lens (one long telephoto), flash, backup camera and flash batteries, battery charger, extra flash memory, business cards, and other small assorted items. The pre-cut foam is easy to work with in order to fit the case to your needs. Its external dimensions are 14.1 x 18.9 x 7.8 inches. I would certainly purchase it again and/or recommend it to a friend. However, I think it is too small for use with a DJI Phantom 2 and its assorted equipment. I use a Tradecraft XRVPLUS case for my Phantom 2. The foam is pre-cut by the manufacturer specifically to fit your drone, controller, batteries, extra parts, backup props, battery charger, cables, and other small pieces. The case is also very sturdy and comes with multiple carrying handles and transport wheels. Its external dimensions are 16 x 24 x 10 inches. See the Tradecraft case at their website ($189.99). I am very pleased with both cases.
